Summer Daze -- Trippin' Back to the Seventies

Remember Woodstock, Kent State, tie-dyes and flower power? Eclipse brings music of the seventies to the stage this spring.  Celebrate the glory days of Ray Charles, the Eagles, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Lighthouse and more at the Broadway Theatre. Get those peace signs out! Wear some flowers in your hair and join the musical "trip" down memory lane, featuring Ken Marco and Steve Kennedy, original members of Motherlode and Dr. Music, playing some of their funky seventies hits together for the first time in Saskatoon.  Groove to Motherlode’s “When I Die” and Dr. Music's  "One More Mountain to Climb". These iconic showmen are joined by well-known local musicians Ross Nykiforuk, Don Tatchell and Bruce Wilkinson, with Eclipse's Penny Rosten on piano, BJ Harris at the podium, and Eclipse Chorus on vocals.

Eclipse has been entertaining audiences since 2003.  This will be the fourth show at that community arts gem, the venerable Broadway Theatre. Always energetic and engaging, Eclipse experiences make patrons and performers alike leave the theatre feeling pumped! Don't miss it!
